Another terrific experience with Belardinelli! The dealership was telling me I needed some pretty pricey repairs, but I wanted a 2nd opinion, so I booked an appointment with Belardinelli. They agreed with the need to replace the drive belts, but said the more expensive dealership recommended repair wasn't needed...we could just monitor it and act when/if needed. They also uncovered a needed fix (hood pistons were shot) that the dealership missed! I highly recommend them...the folks are always friendly, efficient and accommodating. :)

Thanks to the Belardinelli team for fitting me in to replace my dying battery. Service was super fast and I was on my way in under an hour! :)

Thank you to your team led by Rich for all your above-and-beyond help with my F-250 truck. I’ve been a customer for about a decade, maybe more, and always appreciating a honest conversation on the phone about an estimate that never was higher than given. After my catalytic converter was stolen last year my truck has never been the same. Rich went beyond any of my expectations and got it fixed - without charging an extra dime. Just letting you know that I have recommended you guys over the years and will continue to do so going forward. That was world class customer service - thank you!
